Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have settled their divorce in an out of court deal. Despite reports last week that the divorce battle was set to get nasty, it looks like the couple have come to an amicable agreement, with Holmes gaining custody of their daughter and Crusie keeping his £230m fortune in addition to regular visitation rights.

"He has been Tom Cruise for 30 years," said Kate last week pointedly. "I know who I am and where I am and where I am going." Ouch!
